1. Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe by simply clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of each email we send and follow the instructions. Please find an example below, which is the bottom of one email.

2. Reset Password

Step 1: Log into “My Account”;

Step 2: Select “Personal Profile”-“（Password) Edit”

Step 3: Enter the verification code sent to your email address and enter a new password

Step 4: Save your change to password
