Return Policy

If one or more of the items you received are damaged, not exactly correct at our website described different, not working or do not fit you,  you can e-mail to [email protected] to request a RETURN  within 14 days.

 

Please Note: If 14 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Please provide the following details if you want to initiate a return:

1. The Order number and item number;
2. A photo or video showing the issue;
3. A photo of the shipping label and original packagings;


We will review your claim and contact you if we need more information; If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement part or a Partial refund of the defective product. We will pay for the defective part through a replacement part or a partial refund of the defective product. If you are very dissatisfied with this product, please do not hesitate to contact us, our customer team will provide you with a complete solution.

Please note: To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in its original condition – unwashed, unused and undamaged. It also need to be in the original packaging with all the original labels. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

 

Refund Policy

Can you refund the price difference?

The different period has different sale prices. Prices are subject to change based on the price in effect the day you checkout, unfortunately, we cannot refund you the price difference.

 

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 7 days for us to process the refund. The refund should reflect your account depending on the method of payment. If you would like us to refund the amount to your credit/debit card, that depends on your financial institution which ranges from 10-30 business days. If you would like us to refund the amount to your PayPal account that will take 2-7 business days.

 

What items cannot be returned?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 
bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, customized products like customized lighting fixtures and wall decor and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets.)

2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fee depends on your shipping address and the shipping method you specified. The eventual shipping fee can be seen before you pay.


3How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders has to be processed before it is shipped. The time you wait before receiving the package is made up of Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Processing Time: 7 - 10 days.

 

Please Note: 
A. Processing Time is calculated from the time you paid and the order is verified (verification Email will be sent after payment). 
B. You may change your mind after placing the order, including but not limited to: switch to another color, size, style or a different product, changes in address. If that happens, Processing Time is calculated from the time when the order detail(s) is eventually confirmed. A confirmation Email will be sent informing the updated Estimated Delivery Time.
C. For holidays, processing time may takes longer than it usually is. We will notify you in advance.

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on your location)

For orders outside of the US, customs delays might occur. Therefore, it takes longer than the usual Estimated Delivery Time. We will notify you in that case.



4. Will I have to pay taxes?

Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.

 

5. Will I receive a tracking number?

We provide tracking for every order. Shipping updates will be available once your product begins to ship. Each individual product may be shipped from different warehouses, different tracking number will be provided.

 

6. What if I entered an incorrect address!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at [email protected] within 24 hours. If your order has already been shipped, we'll still try to correct the shipping information.

 

7. Why was my order divided into two or more packages?

We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:

1). Items are in various global warehouses.

2). Hot-sale items need additional preparation time.

3). Weight or size limit of customs or courier.

You will receive an email notification when each parcel is being shipped.
